Daddy Mystic was born in The Gambia and is living in Holland for a long time now.
He is a passionate drummer and that is what he does at Shain Foundation: teaching us how to play the African drum (djembe).
A single workshop or even a complete course of 10 weekly djembe lessons will make you feel creative and healthy. The vibration of the drum stimulates the blood circulation and a good sound can only come out being relaxed. Besides, remembering the different rhythms is a proper brain training.
The joy of playing the djembe together is most important for Daddy Mystic.
